Warrior Cats of the Shining Lake, made all the better by its nice long name, is a moderately advanced warriors RP, based off of the books by Erin Hunter and published by Harper Collins. We have plenty of high positions open for those who want them, and the possible option of either playing a feline or a canine (to be specific, a wolf) for those who like one but not the other, yet want to experience either role-playing in a Warrior Cats environment or a wolf-related RPG - or both! We're not picky.

Though the Clan names are different - Lightning, Gust, Dark, and SunClan rather than the traditional Thunder, Wind, Shadow, and River, each Clan still retains the attributes that made their predecessors famous; yet their ancestors, looking on from above, have never changed from StarClan. The Tribe of Rushing Water and the Tribe of Endless Hunting have never changed their names or habits; and yet, they are more different than they were originally. They now live within one days' travel of the Clans, and the two are allies and good friends, though they stay within their respective territories. The Wolf Pack live on the outskirts of DarkClan territory, usually just staying to themselves... but who knows? And the loners, rogues, and kittypets travel around like they usually do, though the rogues have formed into three groups: bone, predator, and snake...

WCotSL . v2 does not have a full-forum plot at the moment due to how hard it is for the plots to get enough momentum to actually be completed - or even started. While we may change our mind someday if our members show enough interest, this allows there to be almost unlimited amounts of mini-plots for your character(s) to play out of your own making.
